Bottom of Division 2 Oakridge B were 2-0 down at Division 3 Hampshire Royals in their Bernard Cornish Cup tie.

Oakridge started the game slow, allowing Royals possession before growing into the game. Royals created an early chance from a long ball, which the keeper saved but failed to clear.

The loose ball dropped next to a defender on the line and into the net, 1-0. Oakridge tried to play from the back but, under pressure from Royals, conceded again, 2-0. Oakridge continued to press, determined to score before the interval. A ball played upfield from Ferg Maumbe, saw the Royals’ keeper clear but hit a defender, allowing Toluwanimi Sotonye to stroke the ball into an empty net, 2-1.

Then Walter Ndoro played in Shandip Limbu, who skipped past the Royals’ right back, finding the bottom left corner from outside the box, 2-2 at half-time. The second half was all Oakridge possession and, with only 20 mins left, Limbu drove the ball past a defender and shoots past the advancing keeper. The effort rebounds off the post but Ruben Montiero was waiting and followed up for the come-back winner 2-3.
New Park Rangers Reserves were 4-1 up at the break and went on to win 8-2 against Hartley Sunday, Shane Deakin and Aaron Haslett netting for Hartley.

Herriard Sports led 3-0 at the break and finished 14-1 against Riverdene Rovers. After a slow start from Herriard, with Riverdene having early possession, an own goal from Riverdene saw the flood gates open and two quick following goals for the hosts. The second half was stalemated for 10 mins before Herriard started playing great quick football and Riverdene couldn't get any traction.

A great 40-yard screamer from Riverdene’s Bradley Amber in the second half was the highlight of the game. Stephen Bean led the Herriard charge with five goals, Chris Newlove four, James Harvey a hat-trick and Adam Francis single.

Basingstoke Boars outscored everyone with a 26-0 win against the willing sportsmen of AFC Ramsdell. Razvan Roman opened the scoring on 16 mins, Alexander Hare got his hat-trick on 19, 44 and 66 mins, Thomas Lawn got a brace on 20 and 90 mins, Sam Koidid scored four in 23, 36, 82 and 88 mins, Edward Tong scored on the half-hour, Glen Tosek on 41 mins, giving the Boars an 8-0 scoreline at half-time.

Sub Joseph Hayman netted his brace on 49 and 78 mins, sub Lee Cobern got five second-half goals in 14 minutes, on 54, 55, 58, 60, 68 mins, Sam Hayman netted on 56 and 86 mins, sub Anthony Peet on 64 mins, Adam Tosek on 73 mins, sub James Ham two in two minutes 77 and 79 and Liam Fitzpatrick scored on 84 minutes.
