BASINGSTOKE and Deane councillors are hosting a roundtable meeting to talk with residents about biodiversity and green areas in the town.
The meeting is a cross-ward meeting for residents of Kempshott, Hatch Warren, Beggarwood and Oakley, although residents from other wards are also invited to attend.
The meeting will be held at Beggarwood Community Centre on November 2.
It will cover a range of topics, including why we need biodiversity and the aim of biodiversity in the wards, presenting facts as well as giving attendees time to ask questions to the present councillors, who will in turn take feedback from residents.

Two 15-minute presentations will also take place during the meeting, presented by Paul Beevers and Dr Aji Peters.
Time will also be set aside for those who wish to get involved with the borough council’s biodiversity efforts to come forward.
It is free to attend the meeting, which will last from 7.30pm to 9pm.
