House prices in Basingstoke and Deane have gone down by an average of over £200 in the month of July, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in July 2022 average house prices in Basingstoke and Deane reached £353,308.

This was down from £353,520 in June, representing a 0.1 per cent decrease. In the last 12 months it has risen by 12.0 per cent.

Despite the fall in prices this month, Basingstoke and Deane is still  above the UK average with a typical property value in the nations reaching £292,118 in July.
