THE Office and After Life star Ricky Gervais is coming to Basingstoke next month with his show Armageddon: Work in Progress.
The award-winning stand-up comedian will head to The Anvil on October 4 and 5 for the first dates of a short tour, with tickets set to go on sale at 10am on Friday, September 23.
Considered one of the most influential British comedians since Charlie Chaplin, Gervais returned to the stage with SuperNature in 2021, following the global success of his recent Netflix stand-up special Humanity, which was his first in seven years.
The comedian has won countless awards and enjoyed huge critical success for After Life, while his hit series The Office is the most successful British comedy of all time, shown in more than 90 countries with seven remakes.
