DRIVERS on the M3 experienced delays earlier today after a lane was blocked on the M3 between Hook and Basingstoke.
The incident was first reported by ROMANSE, who provide travel updates for Hampshire, on Wednesday, September 21.
They tweeted: "#M3 Southbound - One lane BLOCKED between J5/A287 #Hook and J6/#A339 #Basingstoke due to an incident, delays on approach."
They later reported that delays have been easing.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: "We were called at 11.37am today to a report of a single vehicle road traffic incident on the M3 southbound near Hook.
"A van had left the road and no injuries were reported."
