ORGANISERS of the Inspire Business Awards are looking for entries for The Service Excellence category, which is always strongly contested.

The category provides a platform for businesses to showcase how they have used their understanding of their customer’s needs to build loyalty and trusting relationships with clients.

According to Destination Basingstoke, the organisers of the Inspire Awards, most businesses would agree that the most effective marketing comes from recommendation, so maintaining excellence in customer service is crucial to success.

Criteria for The Service Excellence Award:

  • An organisation that continually exceeds customer expectations in all areas of their business.
  • Ability to demonstrate a direct correlation between service and business success.
  • Provide evidence of customer satisfaction.
