THE latest food hygiene ratings have been released for a group of restaurants in Basingstoke and Deane - and it is good news for almost all of them.

Conducted by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), the ratings range from zero (urgent improvement is required) to five (hygiene standards are very good).

However, it is important to remember that the food hygiene ratings reflect the standards of food hygiene, not food quality.
