A SPECIALIST running shop has teamed up with a running sock brand to donate socks to Basingstoke homeless charity the Camrose Centre.

Throughout September, for every pair of socks sold by Up and Running, sports socks brand Balega will donate a pair to the homeless charity, in a bid to provide warmth and comfort to those sleeping on the streets.

The campaign also aims to raise awareness of homelessness in the UK, and highlight the fantastic work that charities do ahead of World Homelessness Day on October 10.
