A YOUNG dad from Hampshire is appealing for help following a serious car crash.

James Cattrall, a bartender at Ten Tun Tap pub in Alton, has been left with two open fractures on his left leg.

He is still recovering in hospital, while his fiancé Millie Fletcher, 32, is on maternity leave with their ten-month-old son Teddy.

The family is looking for support from well-wishers as James is likely to be in the hospital for a while.

All donations will go to James and his family to help cover their living costs.

Millie said:" He has just received his second leg operation where the fractures were screwed together, skin transplanted and put in a cage for the next 18 months.

“Jay has a shattered hip which will be operated on next week along with a broken arm. Other injuries include, a broken nose, eight broken ribs, broken sternum, lacerated kidney and damaged spleen.
