THE Basingstoke Bridge Club has announced a new series of beginner courses to get people interested in the game.
The club will offer a “Fast Track Bridge” course over two weekends, with dates in November 2022 and January 2023.
These starter weekends will be perfect for quick learners, or for lapsed players looking to refresh their skills.
The club will also offer a Daytime Bridge Beginner Course.
This course will start in September 2022 and will be run on Wednesday mornings.
The course will have three 10-week terms, allowing learners to get to grips with Bridge at their own pace.
Basingstoke Bridge Club is affiliated with the English Bridge Union.
The club runs a mixture of in person and online meetings, with face-to-face meetings held at Basingstoke Bridge and Chess Club at the corner of Sherbourne and Richmond Road.
