A COMMUNITY centre will be holding their annual fundraising event this weekend, which will be the first one held since the Covid pandemic began.
Sherfield Park Community Centre will be holding the Sherfest 2022 event on Saturday (July 9) from 12pm until 8pm.
The centre has not been able to hold the fundraiser for two years and said they also missed the centre’s 10th birthday due to the Covid pandemic.

They hope to come back bigger and better this year.
The day is set to be a great day for all the family to come along and enjoy.
During the day their will be a whole range of activities including live music, local food vendors, local real ales/ciders, children’s activities, face painter, Juggling Jake, a bungee trampoline, grand raffle, stalls and much more.

The event will be based on the field behind Sherfield Park Community Centre.
