A BASINGSTOKE woman has been fined more than £400 for dropping a cigarette at a riverside location.
Rebecca Newman, of Englefield Way, disposed of the cigarette on Erith Pier on September 5 2021.
The 30-year-old admitted to the offence at Bexley Magistrates' Court on April 4.
She was handed a £440 fine and must also pay £300 in costs.
