OFFICERS have made five arrests after an early morning drugs raid in Tadley this morning (April 8).

Residents spotted heavy police presence as warrants were executed at three addresses.

Officers searched one address on Stratfield Avenue in Tadley, as well as West Green, Yateley, and Fox Drive, Yateley.

During the searches, officers found class A drugs, class B drugs, cash and a number of weapons, including a machete and crossbow.

A 28-year-old woman, from Tadley, has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug and being concerned in the supply of a class B drug.

In addition, four Yateley residents have been arrested as follows:

  • A 58-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class B drug.
  • A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug, being concerned in the supply of a class B drug, and possession of a class B drug.
  • A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug and being concerned in the supply of a class B drug.
  • A 58-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class B drug.

They all remain in custody and our enquires are ongoing.
