A PLAN to build a detached four-bed dwelling with associated vehicular access in Tadley has been approved by the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
The plan for the new house on land to the read of 43 Pelican Road, Pamber Heath, Tadley, has been unanimously approved by the council following no questions or debates.
The planning officer had recommended the application be approved subject to no additional material considerations being raised following the expiration of the required land ownership notification period and subject to certain conditions.
Although there were 14 public comments on the planning portal, objection to the proposal, none of the neighbours appeared before the committee.
Cllr Nicholas Robinson, the chair of the development control committee, said: “It seems to me that it’s a continuation of a pattern of development. I can’t see any good reason to object it.
“We have moved and seconded for approval as per the officer’s recommendation."
