LODDON Valley Lions (LVLC) have been spending the money raised by various fundraising events including the fabulous Christmas float.
Recently LVLC has had requests via various referrals from social workers, Age Concern, and Citizens Advice Basingstoke in need of various items including gas cookers, a washing machine, a rise/recliner chair, wheelchair, and laptops and printers.

Each request is evaluated and visits are made to the people in need by the clubs welfare chairman, Shawn, before items are delivered.
On top of this, a garden was cleared for an elderly lady by a group of Lions and the waste was disposed of.
