A VEHICLE that was not fit to transport children to school has been seized by police in a Hampshire village.
Police officers from Winchester recovered the vehicle in Waltham Chase on Monday, March 14.
They said it had been seized for having no insurance, tax and was not in a road worthy condition.

Winchester Greater PC Robert Power and PCSO Sarah McCulloch, along with help from Community Safety Officer Gary McCulloch, seized the vehicle and posted a reminder to people on Facebook about ensuring the safety of their cars.
They said: "The vehicle has now been seized and recovered under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act.
"This particular vehicle had no insurance, no tax and was not in a road worthy condition to transport children to and from school.
"Let this be reminder to keep your vehicles in a road worthy condition and keep a reminder of when tax and insurance is due."
