A MAN who allegedly breached a sexual harm prevention order by touching a woman’s bottom at Basingstoke train station will go before a judge.

Keshan Rai, 27 and of Warton Road, is accused of touching the woman at the railway station on February 21, this year, which he was prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made by Winchester Crown Court in April 2017.

He is also alleged to have sexually assaulted a woman at Iceland, in Festival Way, on February 2, which again breached his prevention order.

The case has now been sent to Winchester Crown Court and will be heard on March 30. Rai remains in custody ahead of the hearing.
