POLICE attended a property in Basingstoke today (Tuesday, February 22) following report of an assault.
The property on Antrim Close was attended after police received information from a man that he had been assaulted.
Police confirmed that no one was taken to hospital or to custody.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: “We were called at 5.28am today (Tuesday 22 February) to a report of an assault at a property on Antrim Close in Basingstoke.
“Officers attended the address and a man reported he had been assaulted. “Officers spoke with two people inside the property and enquiries are ongoing.”
