A DRIVER from Basingstoke is expected to go on trial later this year accused of using a mobile phone behind the wheel.
Cuma Turkmenoglu was allegedly caught on The Boulevard, in Crawley, on May 24, last year, using a mobile phone and without insurance while driving a Renault.
The case was listed at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on January 25 where the 38-year-old pleaded not guilty to both charges.
Turkmenoglu, of Penrith Road, will now go on trial at Horsham Magistrates Court’ on March 23.
