A MAN has been left with injuries after being hit by a car at a pedestrian crossing at Chineham.
The incident took place on the A33 at Chineham just before 6.30pm on Wednesday, January 26.
The pedestrian, a resident of Popley, was hit by the cross just opposite to Lidl.

According to police, the driver of the car left the scene before contacting the cops.
He was later spoken to by officers.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: “We were called at 6.29pm on 26 January to an incident at a pedestrian crossing on the A33 at Chineham.
“Police had received a report that a car collided with a pedestrian at the crossing, and a subsequent report that the pedestrian pushed and shouted at the vehicle driver.
“The driver subsequently left the scene before contacting police and was spoken to by officers.
“Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information should contact police on 101, quoting 44220035374.”
