A SOUTHAMPTON man who drove with a complete disregard for the law has been jailed, a court heard.
Lee Schofield has been jailed for 12 weeks.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, the 38-year-old of Michelson Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to drink driving while uninsured and otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
According to court documents, the offences committed on September 9 in Wide Lane, Southampton, were aggravated because he has never passed a practical driving test.
Schofield has been disqualified for 36 months and ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.
However, he lodged an appeal against his sentence on December 2.
