A HAMPSHIRE man must pay a £500 court bill for flouting covid regulations.
James Duffy was charged with gathering with any other person in an alert level 4 area of Wales without reasonable excuse.
It was in connection to an incident at a property in Maindy Road, Cathays, on February 21 this year
The 23-year-old was proved guilty of the offence under the single justice procedure by Cardiff Magistrates' Court.
Duffy, of Rollestone Road, Holbury, must pay a £373 fine, £90 costs and a £37 victim surcharge.
