PATRICK MCGINLEY, 38, of Russell Street, Allenton. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Released on bail and case adjourned until December 8 to tie up with other cases.

MICHAEL HARDING, 35, of Tottenham Road, Portsmouth. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Jailed for six weeks.

CARLOS RODRIGO, 55, of Drum Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Released on bail until December 15 for consideration of advance information.

MUTANSER SNOBER, 44, of Gold Drive, St Leonards and St Ives. Pleaded guilty to two counts of sending by means of a public electronic communications network a message/messages that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Released on bail until December 12 and case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

DAVID PATTEN, 19, of Carlton Court, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £50 surcharge. Fined £350 and disqualified for 12 months.

ALEXANDRU IAGHER, 24, of Harcourt Road, Southampton. Pleaded to drug driving and otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Released on bail until December 12 and case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. Handed an interim disqualification.

VIKTOR KEREK, 38, of Forest Close, Waterlooville. Pleaded guilty to aiding/abetting the use of a motor vehicle without insurance, fraudulently using a registration mark/registration document, and possessing/controlling an article for use in fraud. Community order made for 12 months to include 100 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified for six months and licence stamped with six points.

JAMAL FAROOQ, 29, of Gordon Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possessing a class B drug. Court ordered the forfeiture and destruction of cannabis. Fined £80.

AMANDA MICKLEWRIGHT-FORD, 39, of, Longstock Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker by beating. Released on bail until December 20 and case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

LIAM READ, 24, of Janson Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £50 surcharge. Disqualified for 12 months and fined £500.

STEVEN BROWN, 33, of Romsey Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide specimen for analysis. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 surcharge. Handed a 12 month community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified for 17 months.

CORNEL ZAMFIR, 47, of Northumberland Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle when above the alcohol limit. Must pay £85 court costs and £50 surcharge. Fined £500 and disqualified for 20 months.

ZBIGNIEW PUTO, 47, of May Avenue, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle when above the alcohol limit. Made the subject of an interim disqualification. Case adjourned until December 22 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
