MICHAEL JOHN MURPHY, 39, of The Wicket, Hythe. Found guilty of two counts of assault by beating. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for two years. Ordered to compete 32 session on a building better relationships programme and up to eight rehabilitation days. Restraining order made not to contact his victims for two years. Ordered to pay £620 court costs and £128 victim surcharge.

JOSHUA NATHANIEL NOKE, 33, of Anson Drive, Southampton. Convicted of two counts of using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Also admitted to breaching a community order. Ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation activity days. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

KIFLOM GEBREZEGABIHR, 29, of James Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to speeding. Fined £66 and driving record endorsed with three points.

JAMIE PAUL LEE, 32, of Derby Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly place and, trespassing at Woking Railway Station. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

ADRIAN CONSTANDA, 36, of Mount View Close, Winchester. Pleaded guilty to speeding. Fined £66 and ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three points.

OBIDULLAH JAERAN DUSTOKHEIL, 34, of Lime Street, Southampton. Peaded guilty to entering Above Bar Street which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Ordered to pay £80 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

JASMINE TRACY TRACY MUMMERY, 26, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer acting in the exercise of his functions, and using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Warrant for arrest without bail issued.

RICHARD ANTHONY BAKER, 39, of Millbrook Road West, Millbrook. Admitted breaching a suspended sentence order. Also, pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage. Remanded in custody until December 9. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared and inquiries to be made.

BRENDAN MORRISON, 49, of Pavillion Gardens, Blackfield. Ordered to pay £500 fine, £50 victim surcharge and £600 court cousts.

GARRY SMITH, 39, of Chiltern Green, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance. Jailed for 18 weeks, suspended for 18 months. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and 128 victim surcharge. Ordered to complete ten rehabilitation activity days. Subject to a six month electronically monitored curfew from 7pm to 6am daily. Driving record endorsed with six points.

ELVIS PASCARIU, 21, of Clifford Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and while disqualified. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £18 victim surcharge. Jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 18 months. Must complete 120 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified for 12 months.

CHORLEY LAXTON, 21, of Taranto Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order and using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Released on bil until December 29.

BEN JORDAN, 21, of St John’s Road, Hedge End. Pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage. Community order made for one year to include 20 rehabilitation activity days. Fined £50.
