BASINGSTOKE Art Club are delighted to be holding their annual art exhibition after two years of virtual exhibitions.

The theme for the annual art exhibition this year is ‘celebration’.

The idea behind the theme is to showcase family gatherings, birthdays, parties and celebration of nature, indicating hopes for the future and getting back to normal again after the world faced the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdowns.

The club is now encouraging residents to come along and see the array of excellent paintings and sculptures.

They can all be found in the upstairs gallery of the Willis Museum in Basingstoke.

The exhibition is now open to view and will continue to run until the Sunday, December 12.

It will be open Wednesdays to Sundays from 10am in the morning until 4pm in the afternoon for anyone to come and have a look around.
