FESTIVAL Place in Basingstoke is celebrating being highly commended in three categories at a prestigious awards.

The Business Performance team was highly commended in this years prestigious Sceptre Awards, which recognises and rewards excellence in the shopping industry.

At the awards ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster London on Tuesday, November 23, the centre’s Business Performance team was highly commended in the Retail Liaison of the Year category, and the state-of-the-art car park, which underwent a multi-million-pound refurbishment in 2019, was also highly commended in the Car Park of the Year award.

Nominated for Marketing Manager of the Year for the second year running, Emily Palmer was highly commended for her innovation, creative flair, and progressive thinking.

The shopping centre’s management company CBRE also won the Grand Prix Award for having the highest scores across the categories for the third year running.
