A man has been seriously injured and another has been arrested for drink driving after a crash on Saturday evening.
A blue Audi and a silver Toyota Hilux crashed at the roundabout of Brighton Way and Cliddesden Lane in Brighton Hill just after 6pm on Saturday.
Police attended the scene and have now launched an appeal, calling on anyone with dashcam footage or who saw the incident to get in touch.
The Audi driver, a man in his 20s, sustained serious injuries, whilst the 43-year-old man behind the wheel of the Toyota was arrested for drink driving and has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "We are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Basingstoke on Saturday (20 November).
"At 6.05pm, a blue Audi collided with a silver Toyota Hilux on the Cliddesden Lane roundabout at the junction with Woods Lane.
"We are appealing for witnesses and urge anyone with information to contact us.
"Did you see the collision?
"Do you have dash cam footage of the incident, or the moments beforehand?
