POLICE are appealing for witnesses of a "suspicious incident" in Rooksdown on Monday (November 8).
Four young men wearing dark clothing were involved in an "altercation" on Owen Way between 5.15pm and 5.45pm.
Two of them were riding e-scooters.
They later fled the scene and went through the Rooksdown estate before using the underpass that leads into Winklebury.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses and CCTV images that may have captured the incident, or the four young men fleeing the scene.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said: "Did you see the incident? Do you have any footage that could help our investigation?
