A FRENCH brasserie chain in Basingstoke town centre has temporarily closed this week.
Cote Brasserie at Festival Place, New Road has been closed since Monday, October 25 and plans to re-open on Thursday, October 28 at 12pm.
A sign was placed at the front of the brasserie that said: “We are closed from Monday to Wednesday.
"Reopening on Thursday from 12H00.
“Sorry for inconvenience.”
A spokesperson from Festival Place has since confirmed to the Gazette that they will be reopening soon.
They said: “Cote Brasserie at Festival Place is temporarily closed and we are looking forward to it re-opening very soon.”
Cote Brasserie opened its doors in Festival Place in 2018 at a unit previously occupied by Ed’s Easy Diner.
The chain, which also has branches in Winchester, Newbury and Farnham, offers all-day dining, serving authentic French classics made from fresh ingredients, such as corn-fed chicken from the heart of rural Brittany.
