Mia Harper Foyle has been announced as the winner of the Basingstoke Gazette and Andover Advertiser Child of the Year contest for 0-9-month age category.
Mia emerged as the winner from a group of 21 adorable babies who were shortlisted for the final.
She lives with her parents Olivia and Craig Foyle in Exbury Way in Andover.
Olivia, who sent her daughter’s photo for the contest, said she is “absolutely delighted to hear the news” of her baby winning from her age-group.
"We are very happy. It was a great surprise," she added.
The family lives on Exbury Way in Andover.
One of her favourite toys is a rocking horse, which used to be Olivia’s when she was a little girl, and was handmade by her grandparents.
Mia loves walking with her walker and enjoys her animal touch books. She also enjoys her outings at Jiggy Wrigglers.
The Child of the Year pictures were published on August 5, 2021, edition of the Gazette.
There were four age categories - 0-9 months, 10-18 months, 19-36 months and 3-6 days.
The winners were selected based on the number of votes we received with the coupon published along with the contest pictures.
