Two lanes have been closed near Black Dam Roundabout in Basingstoke after a road traffic incident involving a BMW and a Ford.
No injuries have been reported, but the incident caused traffic pile-up.
According to a motorist who went past the roundabout, two lanes have been closed on the southbound approach road of the roundabout.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary told the Gazette: "We were called at 10.24am today (Friday, July 23) with a report of a collision involving two vehicles on Ringway South.
"No injuries have been reported and recovery is being arranged for one of the cars involved."
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service has also been contacted for further updates on the incident.
