A BASINGSTOKE teenager will stand trial accused of assaulting a man in Bournemouth.
Ross Reynaldo, of Whistler Close, is charged with assaulting the man outside Fisherman’s Walk Beach Office on Southbourne Promenade on August 12, 2020.
He is further accused of a public order offence, in which he is said to have used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause the complainant harassment, alarm or distress.
But appearing at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Friday (July 2), the 19-year-old entered not guilty pleas to both charges.
He will now stand trial at the same court on December 16.
He has been remanded on unconditional bail.
