A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after a car crashed through a garage in Winklebury this afternoon.
Firefighters from Basingstoke attended the scene on Woolford Way at 12.42pm today (Wednesday, June 23) after a car went through the rear wall of a garage.
A Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "One female casualty was helped from the vehicle by firefighters and handed into the care of ambulance colleagues.
"Stop message 13:07. The scene has been handed over to Hampshire County Council."
