THESE are the streets in Basingstoke which have seen the highest number of crimes reported in one month.

The latest figures from Data.Police.UK has revealed that Dinwoodie Drive and Winchester Road were the top hotspots for crime in March.

The data shows out of the 1,055 crimes recorded, the most reported type of crime was categorised as ‘violence and sexual offences’ with 432 incidents.

Anti-social behaviour was the second most reported crime with 199 incidents and there were a total of 100 public order crimes recorded.

The latest figures show data from March 2021.
