A man has been charged with attempted murder after he allegedly fired a crossbow at another man in North Warnborough over the weekend.
Police officers were called to King Johns Road in North Warnborough just after 5pm on Sunday, March 28 after a 55-year-old man reported that a crossbow was fired at him.
The complainant also alleged that someone tried to strangle him, and police report that he sustained minor injuries.
Now, officers investigating the incident have charged a man.
Dane Perry has been charged with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
The 36-year-old, from King Johns Road in North Warnborough has been remanded in custody.
He was scheduled to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court this morning (March 30).
