THREE people have been arrested after a person was assaulted and a car damaged in South Ham.
Officers were called to St Peter's Road this morning just before 10am after receiving reports of an assault and criminal damage to a vehicle.
They arrested three women in connection with the incident, all of whom remain in custody at this time.
A 45-year-old woman from Basingstoke was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, whilst a 17-year-old girl from Basingstoke was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.
A 34-year-old woman from Basingstoke was also arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and violence to secure entry.
