TWO MEN will stand trial later this year after denying assaulting a woman.
Mark Ryan O'Shea, 18, and Paul Vincent O'Shea, 59, denied the assault of Paula Upton in Basingstoke on July 18, 2020.
However, they both pleaded guilty to assaulting Lee Upton on the same date.
The two men, of Burns Close, will face trial at Aldershot Magistrates' Court on July 9.
