Festival Place Business Performance Manager Rachel Carter said: “What fantastic winners and runners-up we have in our fifth annual FP Gold Awards!

“This year has been tough for everyone, and the 2020 awards have been more important than ever in recognising the efforts our amazing retailers have made to keep Festival Place safe for all our loyal customers.

“During the early days of lockdown, the M&S Grocery Team were hard at work making sure that vulnerable customers could shop in store during the dedicated hours, with well-stocked shelves and increased safety measures. The staff kept their morale up and made great efforts to ensure the shop was made safe and clean.

“We’d also like to thank all those customers who took the time to vote for their favourites - their opinions matter to us, and it’s nice to show our retailers how much their efforts are appreciated.”
