KENZIE NICHOLLS, of Worsam Court in Chiltern Way in Basingstoke, has been fined £500 for assaulting a police man. The 29-year-old assaulted PC Jan Neumeister on June 2, 2020 in Basingstoke. He pleaded guilty on December 1 and was fined £500. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and pay court costs of £85.

MICKY KEITH BAKER, of Arcadia Close in Beggarwood, Basingstoke, has been fined £200 for dumping eight plastic bags of soil, hedge and grass cuttings at Battledown Car Park on Pack Lane on March 23, 2020. The 29-year-old pleaded guilty at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on December 1. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £75 compensation and ordered to pay costs of £150 and a victim surcharge of £34.

NICHOLAS JAMES GOODENOUGH, of Arcadia Close in Beggarwood, Basingstoke, has been fined £200 for dumping eight plastic bags of soil, hedge and grass cuttings at Battledown Car Park on Pack Lane on March 23, 2020. The 46-year-old pleaded guilty and was fined £769, ordered to pay compensation costs of £75 as well as pay £77 to victim services and £150 to the court.

DARRELL BUTLER, of Seymour Road in Basingstoke, has been remanded on bail and ordered not to contact four people after being accused of harassment. Between August 1, 2018 and August 6, 2020, he is accused of racially aggravated abuse. Among the list of allegations, he is accused of calling Ghazaela Khalid Mahmood a 'stupid *****' and allegedly said 'you people need to learn English then you could be in this country'. He also allegedly said: 'I am going to make your life hell, I'm going to keep doing this until you brownies move." Butler, 65, has pleaded not guilty. He has been remanded on bail until February 15, 2021 where he will appear at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court for a trial.
