Car drives into traffic lights on Popley Way
Emergency services were called to a road traffic accident last night after a car drove into a set of traffic lights.
The crash happened on Popley Way shortly before 8pm.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue said they were called at 7.51pm.
A spokesman said one crew from Basingstoke attended.
In a tweet, they wrote: "One crew from Basingstoke attended an RTC in Popley Way Basingstoke where a car had driven into a set of traffic lights.
"The scene was made safe."
