It comes after disruption on the M3 near junction six over the weekend, following a two-vehicle road traffic collision on Saturday afternoon (November 14).
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson told the Gazette at the time: "An Aston Martin and Land Rover collided on the nearside lane of the carriageway, resulting in debris being spread across both carriageways.
"As a result, officers closed the nearside lanes of both carriageways while the debris was cleared. The carriageways have since re-opened."
