TWO CONVENIENCE stores in Basingstoke have been closed with staff in self-isolation.

The Londis stores on Norn Hill and Alencon Link lie empty this afternoon, with notices in the windows informing customers the shutters will remain down for two weeks.

Both notices say that two staff members are self-isolating and call the closure a "precaution".
