SAINTS defender Jannik Vestergaard made it three clean sheets on the spin for club and country, as he helped Denmark seal a 4-0 victory over the Faroe Islands.
Following up from shutouts against Burnley and West Brom for Saints, the towering centre-half played 90 minutes for his country to help Kasper Hjulmand’s side triumph.
Having come on as a half-time substitute against Crystal Palace on the opening day of the season, Vestergaard is yet to concede while being on the pitch in a competitive match this campaign.
Meanwhile, fellow Saints centre-back Jan Bednarek played 90 minutes for Poland, as they comfortably overcame Finland 5-1.
