LEEDS United may now turn their attentions to Norwich City's Todd Cantwell after a move for Bayern Munich's Michael Cuisance broke down.

French Under-20s international Cuisance was in Leeds expecting to finalise his move to Elland Road from the German giants but he failed a medical.

The Whites have previously been linked with Cantwell - one of the Canaries standout players in the Premier League last season - and the England Under-21s star would likely cost £15million to prise him away from Carrow Road.

CHARLIE Austin's move from West Brom to Derby County has hit a stumbling block.

The former Burnley striker has become surplus to requirements at the Hawthorns and has not played a single minute of Premier League football this season.

However, his potential move to the Rams has hit a hitch and it remains to be seen whether Austin, who also played for Southampton, will end up at Pride Park.

ANOTHER player who could be heading for the Hawthorns exit door is Kenneth Zohore.

West Brom coach Slaven Bilic wants to trim his squad and Sheffield Wednesday are interested in the Danish striker.

Zohore has yet to feature for the Baggies this season and played just 17 league appearances last season as the club secured promotion to the Premier League.

Kamil Grosicki is also expected to leave with the Poland international attracting the interest of Nottingham Forest.

EVERTON are drawing up a list of possible alternatives if a deal for Norwich City's in-demand Ben Godfey does not happen.

Carlo Ancelloti has made the Canaries defender one of his main targets but has other options with Godfrey attracting attention from top clubs from across Europe.

Should Everton miss out or decide to look elsewhere, the Toffees could make a move for Barcelona's Jean-Clair Todibo, Chelsea's Fikayo Tomori or Jerome Onguene of RB Salzburg.

WEST Ham are eyeing up a swoop for Craig Dawson after being priced out of a move for Burnley's James Tarkowski.

Hammers boss David Moyes had three bids for the Clarets centre back turned down and Sean Dyche is confident the England international will remain at Turf Moor.

Moyes will now turn his attentions to Dawson who, at £5.5m, will cost a fraction of the £30m plus deal it would have taken to lure Tarkowski away from East Lancashire.

SWANSEA City look to have missed out on prime target Samuel Grandsir who is on his way to Spanish side Real Valladolid from AS Monaco.

The 24-year-old winger has been heavily linked with a move to the Liberty Stadium - with Derby County also interested - but it now seems he will make the move to the La Liga side.
