A DISQUALIFIED motorist was stopped by police after driving a car with one of its tyres missing.
The Audi was spotted in the main park at Lyndhurst, where the wheel without a tyre was carving a groove in the tarmac.
Police say the car had been seen earlier in the day "causing all sorts of problems" in other parts of the Forest.
It was eventually stopped in the car park between Lyndhurst Community Centre at the New Forest Heritage Centre.
Posting on social medial New Forest Heart Cops said: "A disqualified driver was arrested in Lyndhurst this evening for driving this Audi into the main car park with one tyre completely missing.
"He’d been seen earlier in the day in other areas of the Forest causing all sorts of problems so it’s great news that he and his car have been taken off the road."
