A MAN who was charged with making indecent images of children has pleaded not guilty.
Mr David John Appleford, of Wagner Close, appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on July 30, having pleaded not guilty to three charges.
The court heard how between July 21, 2017 and November 16, 2017, the 36-year-old British man was charged with three offences of making a total of 39 images, with 19 being category A, the most extreme classification, 15 being category B, and five being category C.
Appleford has been granted unconditional bail, and the case has been sent to Winchester Crown Court to be heard on September 2.
