Two men have been charged with interfering with a motor vehicle.
The pair were arrested after police were called to Worting Road, Basingstoke, in the early hours of July 22.
Andrew Pepper, 45 and Benjamin John, 47, both of Attwood Close, Basingstoke, were bailed pending an appearance before Basingstoke Magistrates Court on September 17.
A person is guilty of the offence of vehicle interference if he interferes with a motor vehicle or trailer or with anything carried in or on a motor vehicle or trailer with the intention that an offence specified in subsection.
