HAMPSHIRE police have issued a dispersal order in Blackwater after reports of anti-social behaviour.
The section 34 dispersal order, which allows officers to move on congregating groups, will be in effect from 5pm this evening (Friday) until 5pm on Sunday. A further order can be authorised if appropriate.
The area affected is the Frogmore and Darby Green areas of the town.
Police say that they've had "ongoing reports of groups congregating and anti-social behaviour".
Neighbourhood Inspector Jennifer Lovegrove, who authorised the order, said: "We are fully aware of reports of anti social behaviour in this area and we will be conducting high visibility patrols in these areas to reassure the public and deal with any issues."
Anyone who witnesses anti-social behaviour or large gatherings is encouraged to call 101, or if a crime or incident is in progress, always call 999.
