Firefighters rushed to the scene of a kitchen fire in Basingstoke tonight.
Emergency services were called to a home on Middleton Gardens near the Vyne School, just after 10.25pm.
A spokesman for the fire service said they arrived quickly and had already put out the blaze by the time the Gazette called for comment at 10.45pm.
The spokesman said: "All persons are safe and accounted for. The fire is now out."
A neighbour said they saw two fire engines called to the scene and the home evacuated.
