There have been two new coronavirus deaths recorded across all Hampshire hospitals in the past 24 hours.
It comes as England today (Tuesday) moves closer to 29,000 coronavirus-related deaths in hospitals.
Figures released by NHS England today show that amongst the new deaths recorded in the past 24 hours, one was at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Andover, Basingstoke and Winchester hospitals.
No new deaths were recorded at Portsmouth Hospital, one was recorded at University Hospital Southampton and none at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust.
A further 37 people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 28,709.
Patients were aged between 48 and 94 years old. One patient, aged 80, had no known underlying health conditions.
